x402scan
x402scan is an explorer for the x402 ecosystem. Its own site describes it as a place to view transactions, sellers, origins and resources on the x402 rail.
x402scan reads x402 settlements and the resources they were paid for, and lists the sellers and origins behind them. Its site describes the explorer as a way to browse the x402 ecosystem rather than as a payment service of its own.
It validates the discovery documents that sellers publish, reading the well-known document and the OpenAPI document an origin serves, so a seller listed by it has had those documents parsed by x402scan's own validator.
probe402 lists it among the graders whose payments would not count as demand.
→ probe402 names the graders whose payments do not count toward its own demand reading on the method page, and this is one of them.
